I don t have any coielings but i have already tried replacing them and the two roofs either side above the bay windows don t go through either even though those rooms don t have a ceiling.
Sims 3 why is my roof on the wrong floor.
See the floor button.
But even though i pressed page up like 10 times i still can t see my roof.
Basically they are saying if a floor is sloping over a 1 2 to 1 inch in twenty feet then there is concern.

My sim keeps falling through the second story ceiling floor and landing on the first floor like nothing happened.
I read the lesson on how to build a room.
Placing a collumn under it using constrainfloorelev.
I m currently roofless and i can t figure out why.
Yeah just turn off autoroof.
Basically when you go up one floor and try to build a room wall roof anything really the cursor wants to build on the first floor instead of where you actually want to build.
If it fits right pull out the walls to cover the new piece of roof.
Only pull the walls out over the existing roof don t pull it over empty air we have to add smaller pieces differently.
I have tried everthing i can think of.
Using the select tool click on the roof of the house in an area that was already there and you should get a room box appear on top.
If you need a roof to extend from the house to an outbuilding for some reason but without.
Its a pain has no design sense at all and generally just looks lousy.
What s wrong with my game.
Click the one that points up.
Nearly all will say that if a floor slopes 1 and 1 2 inches in twenty feet or more that there should be further investigation.
Today after i placed a ladder then deleted it a hole in my floor appeared and i cannot place a floor tile over it.
Floors that slope 2 or 3 inches in 20 feet would be a very serious concern.
She hasn t been able to get anything done because of this.
Note i am using the appropriate cheats.
I am currently building editing my sims high rise.
When i turn off the auto roof it doesn t allow me to build a roof on my own.
See the menu in the bottom left.
As you can see over the open reception area the roof is coming through.
