I figure once i installed the shower pan and the sloped tiled floor it would be 26 above my feet.

Check toilet to confirm location water supply connection. However people who are particularly tall may want to consider installing their basins a little higher to take the pressure off their backs when it comes to bending over the sink every morning. Employ your helper to hold the fixture at an estimated height and then see if it s a comfortable reach for all users.
